The room had inconsistent heating controls, leaving it uncomfortably cold!!! Navigation through the hotel corridors could use clearer signage to avoid confusion!!! Maintenance on amenities needs addressing for a more seamless experience!!!

We had an amazing time enjoying the cozy suite with a comfy bed and indulging in fabulous massages at the spa. The wellness center was fantastic, along with a lovely indoor pool that kept us relaxed during our stay. One thing to note is the step at the entrance. just be careful, as it can be easy to miss. Definitely recommend checking this place out! 🌟

Exceptional staff and a relaxing spa experience

I recently enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay in a Superior King Room. The staff made us feel truly welcomed, consistently going above and beyond during our stay. The spa treatments were exceptional, especially my massage, which left me feeling rejuvenated. Breakfast was a highlight as well, with a delightful selection of local produce. However, I would have appreciated a wider variety of pastries at breakfast.

The suite was amazing! Super spacious and felt more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby. Having a sitting room to enjoy breakfast in was a nice touch too. Plus, the decor was inviting and cozy. Didn't want to leave!

Our family enjoyed a remarkable one-night stay! The dinner at the restaurant was delightful, with a great variety of delicious dishes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Pro tip, don’t miss the breakfast – it’s the perfect start to your day!

The building offers a nice touch with open fires, creating a cozy atmosphere. The Courtyard Suite impresses with a spacious design, featuring a huge bed, a separate lounge with a gas fire, and a jacuzzi in the main bathroom.

Navigating through the hotel can be a bit confusing as the layout resembles a maze, making it tricky to find your way. Some rooms lacked adequate heating and required a heater, which didn’t arrive promptly. Additionally, the restaurant's food quality varied, with some dishes not matching their menu descriptions, leaving a mixed impression on the dining experience.

A couple's perfect escape

The suite we stayed in was HUGE! It's like they thought, 'let's make a room big enough to park a car in. ' And the jacuzzi bath? Pure bliss after a long day. I mean, who doesn't love a bubble bath to wash the stress away?

I had a wonderful time at Knockranny House Hotel & Spa for my Ruby wedding celebration. The staff made us feel so welcome, and we even received a surprise upgrade to a super deluxe room. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. I did find the food options a bit limited, especially the Table d'hôte menu, but it was still decent. A special touch was the card and chocolates they gave us for our anniversary. However, the stair carpet from the reception to the first floor is worn out, and there are random pieces of furniture cluttering the hallways. The hotel could use some extra attention to detail to enhance its overall appeal. I opted not to use the spa during my visit because it was sunny, so we enjoyed the bluegrass festival and a lovely cruise around Clew Bay, which I'd recommend. The management could improve the entrance's safety, as I noticed a low step that poses a hazard. It would also help if they ensured clear communication concerning any maintenance issues in the rooms. Despite a few shortcomings, the weekend was enjoyable, especially thanks to the attentive staff that made our stay special.
